I haven’t been to Seoul for a lot of time, but the more I attend local events and workshops, the more I get to know the traditions and values, without forgetting to make new friends. Also, as I still have some way to go and a lot of things I would love to do, I’m thinking of participating If possible in different festivals, community gatherings, and events to connect with locals and broaden my cultural understanding. All of this, helps you embrace your adventure and enjoy more your time living, or being here for an amount of time, as you get to involve yourself as deeply as you wish to into this new and beautiful culture.

Every week is a new adventure and a new opportunity. No matter how tired I may have felt, I have always tried to find the time to learn and discover new sides of myself and the surroundings that wrap me into this challenge. Living and working in a new country shapes your perspectives, broadens your horizons, and contributes to your personal and professional development, it is a multifaceted adventure filled with challenges and triumphs. By embracing the local culture, navigating obstacles with resilience, and seizing professional opportunities, this journey becomes a transformative chapter in one’s life.
Joining ASIA LAB has been a big and immersive experience for me. I am not going to lie that before coming here I was very scared and nervous, and I did not know what to expect and what would happen after my arrival and at work, but I do not regret anything, as with a new key, there is always a door to open. I am very lucky that every day, I have the opportunity to learn more about culture, language, and working habits in this new and challenging experience, as they can be very different between companies and continents.
