Ultimamente he notado que muchos interesados en el programa “K-Internship” se preguntan, ¿Como suele ser la vida laboral para un interno en Asia Lab día a día?. Antes de unirme, compartía esa curiosidad, incierta sobre los proyectos en los que participaría y cuál sería mi contribución en los mismos. Por ello, quiero darles una visión de mi experiencia hasta el momento.
Al llegar, los managers ya le habia hechado un vistazo a mi curriculum, lo cual los llevo a saber que mi principal interés es en Marketing y estuvieron de acuerdo con mi deseo de explorar todas las áreas de la empresa, para asi tener una vision general de como funciona cada area, esto me permitió descubrir nuevas habilidades e intereses.
En el primer día me familiarizaron con los principales objetivos de Asia Lab y sus proyectos en curso, para que de esta manera me asignaran el desarrollo mi primer proyecto “un plan de marketing”. Este proyecto me llevó a diseñar publicaciones en las principales redes sociales de la empresa.
Además, participamos en reuniones virtuales con grandes celebridades, donde nuestro papel es recopilar los puntos clave para proponer mejoras en los proyectos asociados a esos artistas. Recientemente, hemos iniciado la tarea de investigar celebridades para nuestro evento anual más destacado, la “Unforgettable Gala”, lo que me emociona por la posibilidad de interactuar directamente con ellos.
De igual manera siento que mi trabajo es muy valorado, con roles especializados que van desde la producción y filmación, hasta la edición y la aplicación de estrategias. Personalmente, lo que más aprecio es la libertad que me dan de desarrollar mi creativad en los proyectos que llevo a cabo, y al mismo tiempo tener un manager que me vaya diriiendo para así cumplir con mis objetivos.
Tambien aprecio el hecho de que tenemos dos clases de coreano por semana, tenemos un taller de actuación y esporadicamente realizamos visitas culturales a palacios, museos, y más que contribuyen a enriquecer más nuestra experiencia.
Asia Lab es un espacio que acoge talentos de múltiples disciplinas, no solo en marketing y administración, sino de todos los campos relacionados con la industria del entretenimiento. El programa fue diseñado con el fin de enseñarte como es el campo laboral en esta industria, asi que sientete libre de consultar con las managers como seria posible para ti unirte a este programa.

What do I do in my day-to-day as an intern at AsiaLab?
Lately, I’ve noticed that many people interested in the “K-Internship” program are wondering, What is the day-to-day work life like for an intern at Asia Lab? Before joining, I shared that curiosity, uncertain about the projects I would participate in and what my contribution to them would be. Therefore, I want to give you an insight into my experience so far.
Upon arrival, the managers had already taken a look at my resume, which led them to know that my main interest is in Marketing and they agreed with my desire to explore all areas of the company, to have a general vision of how each area works, this allowed me to discover new skills and interests. On the first day, they familiarized me with the main objectives of Asia Lab and its ongoing projects, so that they could assign me the development of my first project “a marketing plan”. This project led me to design posts on the company’s main social networks.
Additionally, we participate in virtual meetings with big celebrities, where we gather key points to propose improvements in the projects associated with those artists. Recently, we have started the task of researching celebrities for our most notable annual event, the “Unforgettable Gala,” which excites me because of the possibility of interacting directly with them.
Likewise, I feel that my work is highly valued here, with specialized roles ranging from production and filming to editing and applying strategies. Personally, what I appreciate the most is the freedom they give me to develop my creativity in the projects I undertake, and at the same time having a manager who guides me to meet my objectives.
I also appreciate that we have two Korean classes per week, we have an acting workshop and occasionally we make cultural visits to palaces, museums, and more that further enrich our immersive experience.
